About Nicole Chamblin
I’m Nicole Chamblin, a productivity “coachsultant”, the Chief Visionary and owner of Visions Productivity Solutions.
My Past Life
From an early age I knew I wanted to work with people to motivate them to reach their best. As I worked on my undergraduate degree in Psychology I started my “motivational career” working for the NYC Board of Education with “at risk” youth. I enjoyed helping them realize their true potential.
With the ink drying on my Psychology degree, empowered by my Business minor and intrigued by my unofficial second major in Sociology, I stood at a cross road: pursue a graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or in Communications? I chose a graduate degree in Communications, with a concentration in Marketing & Advertising.
Once I completed my Masters in Communication, I received an incredible offer to join the elite Account Management team at what is now one of the hottest integrated marketing multicultural agencies in the country. I experienced their growth from a 20 person to nearly 200+ person shop before moving on to work with others.
During my 11+ year career in marketing, I worked for small, medium and large companies. I saw first-hand the various productivity challenges that arise when dealing with different communication styles, personality conflicts, inexperienced managers, and inefficient processes.
While honing my skills in creative problem solving, I was pulled back to my purpose–to help others. Wherever I worked, I often volunteered on task force projects to find ways to streamline and organize processes to improve productivity.
One hot July day in 2005, I was inspired to go out on my own, and bring all my talents together—my business was born.
Today, my purpose is to empower others to connect with their passion, communicate their vision, and collaborate with their teams and clients more productively. I do a little coaching and a little consulting.
Through onsite consulting, virtual coaching and live training sessions, I love teaching ways to more effectively manage the 3 Ts™- time, team, and tasks.

My clients have been entrepreneurs, small business owners and departments of larger companies private and not-for-profit, representing a variety of industries– including the medical billing, property management. accounting and architectural fields. Attendees of my seminars and workshops have also come from a variety of industries but they all have one common goal–they want to learn how to more productively connect, communicate and collaborate with their teams and clients. I have been interviewed several times for the New York Newsday, am a contributing author in Insights of Productivity and have been featured in several books. I work virtually or on site as needed.
